Have you ever felt lonely? sick? broken? dont worry , each one of us has their share of unique experiences during this pandemic, but that doesnt mean you’re unimportant, we know you’re going through a tough time and dont worry we’re here for you.Yep. Whether you’re sick, stressed, lonely, worried, or broken always remember that there is still hope until the very end , after loss there is gain. “I want you to know that, no matter where you are in life… No matter how low you have sunk… No matter how bleak your situation… This is NOT THE END”. ( Palacio, 2016)
(Jardine,2020) stated, “Our stress and anxiety are often accompanied by an overactive mind, full of circling thoughts and worries”. We can often solve this through problem solving starting by defining what our problems are and all of its possible solutions, dont fret because you have friends like us that will help you get through these times. One should never let theirself suffer and lose hope towards the future, commit yourself to yourself, take care of your mind, body and soul.

Pick up a journal, make it your accountability partner, write the good things you got every single morning you’re alive. Get up and work on yourself or else you’re never gonna get through this. Remember all the things that you should be grateful for, forget all the negativity. “Don’t give up
You are worthy
You are more than worthy!
You deserve to experience how great life can be – and you owe it to the world to be that positive change for others. To inspire others – who will look to you and say – he did it, she did it, and I can do it too”. (Palacio,2016)
